About Andrew and Jessica

Kids have the best nicknames. She was once “Monkey Moo”, the youngest of 4 children. Her crazy, often untamable hair, Budda belly and personality made her one of a kind. He was once “Buckwheat“, the oldest of 3. His rosy cheeks, big eyes and fantastic sense of humor made it impossible to not fall in love with him.

Today, Jessica still has crazy hair and Andrew still has rosy cheeks. This is a place for them to share their pictures and stories and to catch a small glimpse into the lives of their amazing clients.

Time flies! Seriously! I can remember being a 9 year old when I met my youngest cousin Megan for the first time. Playing hide-and-go-seek with her in our grandparent’s cluttered basement. Now, she’s already a senior at Windsor High School and will soon be venturing off to college! Unbelieveable…man I feel old! :) Megan, and almost the rest of the family, drove down to Denver to take her senior pictures. We headed over to the Lakewood Heritage Center and were able to find a great variety of locations to use for backdrops. Here are a few of our favorites from the session…

Megan is heading off to the University of Northern Colorado to play softball! She signs her letter of intent today!

My cousin Erin got to join in on the fun. I think I told them to look awkwardly at each other…and this is what I got! Love it! Erin also plays softball at UNC – it’s turning into a family affair! :)

This sequence cracks me up. Earlier in the session, Erin was telling a story about how she saw some other girl taking her senior pictures and the photographer was making her throw leaves in the air. Erin thought it was super cheesy…so just to torture her a little – I made her and Megan do the same thing. I joked with them after the session that these were going to be some of the best photos from the day…and you know what, they are! :)

(Sorry Erin…but I had to do it!)

Megan, I am so proud of all that you’ve accomplished and I am so excited to see where this life takes you! I’m also incredibly excited that you’ll be playing with your sister at the college level…I know you two will have a blast! We’ll be sure to make it to a few of your games. I wish you the absolute best and congratulations!! :)

Much Love ~ Jessica
